Teacher Comment

Edward.
Well done on a productive term at Enrich.  You have embraced new challenges and pushed yourself to produce an end product with your Science Talent Development.  You have a range of friendships and have shown you can work independently, or as part of a group.  You are always respectful of others and your confidence in your own ability is growing.  Keep up your positive attitude for next term.

Indian Chairs

Today I played Indian chairs. Indian chairs is where there are two teams. One team is lined up along the ground - one person kneels one way, the other person kneels the opposite way until everyone is in a spaced out line. The other team lines up ready to run. The team on the ground has a tagger who tries to tag the person from the other team who is running. The running team can run inbetween the other people in the line - the tagger cannot.  The tagger needs to sub with other members of their team to try and catch the runner on the side they are on.  Once the runner has been tagged, the other members of their team have their turn.  You play until everyone has been tagged, then you swap over.  We use a timer to see which team stayed in the longest.

Chess

Today I played chess against Georgia and I won.Firstly I tried to do scholars but it did not work.Secondly I tried to out rank her but that did not work either.Thirdly she used her rook to sneak around to kill my king but I took care of her with my knight.Fourthly I tried to get my pawns to the end but that did not work at all. Then I used my Queen and rook to checkmate her and that one worked, yay! Then guess what... I WON!
